If I understand correctly, I can simply dpkg -i *.deb from the /.../BEA300_m2_native_packed-1_en-US.9301/DEBS folder and they keep themselves distinct from the 2.4 packages. I only have one OOo3 and one OOo2 installation so things should be simple. Is that your understanding?
