I'm using Thunderbird 2.0.0.14 (the latest I think) on Win XP Pro to
read this list. I currently have *three* *different* threads which I
think should be all the same:
1) [users] Re: http://www.saveXP.org/ [WAS: Wrong OS or OS Version]
2) Re: [users] Re: http://www.saveXP.org/ [WAS: Wrong OS or OS Version]

Please, what is happening here? Is this down to
- my Thunderbird
- senders' e-mail clients
- the list management software
- something else; what?
Are others seeing the same effect?
Is there anything I/we can do about it as it's very confusing?
The usual way to get into this is when there's a thread with a bunch of
nesting. If you delete the "parent" each of the "children" becomes a new
thread, still with the same subject. I don't know anything to do about
it but to keep the whole thread, and sometimes they get really huge!
