I'm a PC user trying to help a technically indifferent colleague install OpenOffice onto her Mac laptop. My first question is about version - she says she has OS 10.4, but doesn't know whether it's OSX Intel or OSX PC. How can I help her figure that out?
Once we've figured out which version of OO she needs, is there any way I can
download it to my PC, and burn it onto a CD for her?
