XP Home) are you using? 2. Which version of OOo (OpenOffice.org) are you using? (The latest version is 2.4.1) 3. Which OOo component are you experiencing problems with? (eg. Writer, Calc, etc.) 4. Can you give more detail about what you have tried to "get the program to work"? 5. Are you seeing any error messages? If so, what is the exact text of the message(s) you see. Please write back to this list, with as much of the above information as you can and I am sure we can help you. I understand that you are frustrated that the software is not working for you at the moment, but remember there are millions of OOo (OpenOffice.org) users who do not have the same problem.
