Hi, I uploaded my bird program to www.dropbox.com under [EMAIL PROTECTED] It is called bird record book.xls and you all can now see it and see if we can get it over to OO and still work right. I am going to add several pages of other stuff to it and thought that it would be better if the whole thing would be done in this, instead of VBA programming. David Cummings
