THis looks like a windows error. I suggest you search on google - this throws up ideas like: have you admin privileges when installing? Is Windows Installer up to date (see http://readlist.com/lists/openoffice.org/users/3/16094.html) Have you tried emptying the windows temp folder (c:\windows\temp)?
