you need libxmlrpc-c version 0.9.10. I found no default rpm package in
redhat or centos, but you can try to download rpm or sources from the
official site of the project:
http://xmlrpc-c.sourceforge.net/downloading.php
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=16847&package_id=13374
if you have dependency problems, most probably you need to compile it
from sources.
