Thanks for support. I didn't see "CFC detected ..." in /var/log/messages. I tried to comment the line "route(10);" (as you can see below in the failure_route, now the cfc block is executed and I can forward the call to a local user. If I set the forwarding to a non local user the call must go through the PSTN gateway (direct calls through the PSTN works fine), but I have a new error:
