So the trouble is with the asterisk PBX that sent wrong URI
I have tried with another provider: freephonie.net

In the tutorial, it deals with error 401 and 407, but I receive a 403 not 
registered message
What seems to be normal. But the authentication doesn't work.

Did you succeed in doing this authentication and if yes, could you sahre this 
part of your configuration
