So it seems to have something to do with the original Template, I
still cant explain what's going on though and the engine logs set to
debug still dont show anything more ...

There is nothing special coming up in the vdsm.log / to filter
out debug messages, i've changed log levels to INFO and higher
earlier today - still, when this error occurs, the only
message I can see in vdsm.log are the usual "can I write to
the storage domain" ones ..
