The configuration really depends on your deployment, but from the testing cases 
(especially noVNC one) you should get the idea how it's done. In any case feel

I've installed spice-html5 on centos 6.4 by

yum --enablerepo=epel-testing install spice-html5

but if I open ovirt wui nd select spice-html5 and click on console it
opens new window and i got only black screen. There is nothing in apache
or ovirt log.

        well, I dont know I did not find any wiki entry on how to configure 
spice-html5
