In ovirt 3.2 there is this kind of configuration under edit VM ---> Host https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BwoPbcrMv8mvcUc3cUV1ekM5UXM/edit?usp=sharing not full anti-affinity configuration, but suitable for small environments...
