Could you try upgrading to a more up-to-date http://mirror.centos.org/centos-7/7.1.1503/updates/x86_64/Packages/kernel-3.10.0-229.4.2.el7.x86_64.rpm ? bridge-utils is a vdsm dependency. It must exist on your host.
