oVirt-4.1 is not supported anymore, so no-one tries hard to make sure
it'sstill installable.

Above site currently has only 3.10, 3.12 and 4.0:

No idea if a direct replacement can be:

but you can try.

But it does not stop there.... Once you try to upgrade you will have rpm
signature problems.... So be aware that you will have to install those
from the cache manually... A
P.S. I wouldn't do this on a production env.... I would go straight to
     4.2 if possible.
