Yes, sorry, this is a bug and it's tracked here:

It will be fixed by
https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-ansible-hosted-engine-setup/pull/109/commits/ceca0a852d94bd5af7226b15d15c9e3ff917cd5c
Since the fix is really simply I'd suggest to manually apply it editing
/usr/share/ansible/roles/ovirt.hosted_engine_setup/tasks/iscsi_discover.yml
and
/usr/share/ansible/roles/ovirt.hosted_engine_setup/tasks/iscsi_getdevices.yml
and removing 'no_log: true' lines before trying again from cockpit.
If you instead already know the IQN of your target and the WWID of the LUN
you want to use another option is to directly enter them in cockpit.
