At least , based on spec I would prefer LSI9265-8i as it supports hot spare, SSD support , cache and set it up in Raid 0 - but only in a replica 3 or replica 3 arbiter 1 volumes. Best Regards,Strahil Nikolov

As i will add nodes to the cluster , I intend expand the volumes using the same rule. What would it be a better way, to used jbod cards ( no cache ) or raid card and create raid0 arrays ( one for each disk ) and therefore have a bit of raid cache ( 512Mb ) ?Is raid caching a benefit to have it underneath ovirt/gluster as long as I go for "Jbod" installation anyway ?Thank you very much ! -- Best regards, Leo David _______________________________________________ Users mailing list -- users@ovirt.org To unsubscribe send an email to users-le...@ovirt.org Privacy Statement: https://www.ovirt.org/site/privacy-policy/ oVirt Code of Conduct: https://www.ovirt.org/community/about/community-guidelines/ List Archives: https://lists.ovirt.org/archives/list/users@ovirt.org/message/6STI7U7LTOXSSH6WUNHX63WDIF2LZ46K/
