I just tried to update my 4.6 testlab and got the following RPM dependency
issue:

rpm -qa ovirt-release*
ovirt-release43-pre-4.3.6-0.1.rc1.el7.noarch

Error encountered:

yum upgrade
...
Error: Package: vdsm-4.30.26-1.el7.x86_64 (ovirt-4.3-pre)
           Requires: sanlock-python >= 3.7.3
           Installed: sanlock-python-3.6.0-1.el7.x86_64 (@base)
               sanlock-python = 3.6.0-1.el7
...
