Hi Nagaraju, You can detach the relevant storage domain and attach it back to the relevant DC. That functionality replaces the export domains. You can find a detailed explanation here: https://www.ovirt.org/develop/release-management/features/storage/importstoragedomain.html
You can also import a VM using an OVA file.
