Hi Gianluca, There is a bug in the documentation. Configuration of all oVirt engine extensions is included in 4.3 backup, these configuration files are properly restored and upgraded during engine-setup execution: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1814212 So further action around extension configuration is needed.
