4.5 cluster version is available only on RHEL 8.3. When CentOS 8.3 will be released, and RHEL AV 8.3 will be built for CentOS, you will be able to upgrade your hosts. When all hosts support cluster version 4.5 you will be able to upgrade the cluster and dc. This should not be related to the qemu-img error.
