Hi All,

I still have a single-node (all-in-one) oVirt 3.5 setup that has worked great
and uses a local storage domain. I’m migrating to oVirt 4.4 hosted setup as I
need to replace disks.

However, since this is a single node setup, making the migration a bit tricker
than usual.

My plan is to move the physical disks over, mount the old local storage domains
and use them in oVirt 4.4. E.g. to move the images.

Is this still possible with old domains? Or is there something special that
should be taken care of?

Since the original domains are local is this something to take care of? E.g.
can hosted engine setup be running on a “local” datacentre?

Best regards,

Joris Dobbelsteen
