I didn't check details, but I think that this is a result of using too-new ansible. Assuming you use the CLI (not cockpit), you can try this: hosted-engine --deploy --otopi-environment=OVEHOSTED_CORE/memCheckRequirements=bool:False or hosted-engine --deploy --otopi-environment=OVEHOSTED_CORE/checkRequirements=bool:False Latter will likely skip over a few more requirements, but I didn't check which.
