It becomes unavailable several times for a 2-3 minutes and cames back in a day after some research on the system, found some logs On THE hosted_storage there are 2 events 1- Failed to update VMs/Templates OVF data for Storage Domain hosted_storage in Data Center XXX 2- Failed to update OVF disks 9cbb34d0-06b0-4ce7-a3fa-7dfed689c442, OVF data isn't updated on those OVF stores (Data Center XXX, Storage Domain hosted_storage).
