OK, so perhaps supply some more details? What you do, what happens, more output/logs, etc.? Anyway, if it's indeed a bug around Red Hat subscription/registration, it's not related to oVirt. Perhaps open a bug in bugzilla or report in some relevant mailing list (not sure which, sorry).
