Hi,

On the "bad hosts" try to find if there is/are any 4.4.6 rpm installed, if
yes, try to remove them, then try the update again.

You can try to install the ovirt-node rpm manually, here is the link
https://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-4.4/rpm/el8/noarch/ovirt-node-ng-image-update-4.4.6.3-1.el8.noarch.rpm
