Do you mean that I don't need to manually add cider related repo in the new version, the engine-setup process will automatically add cinder related repo and install the package? All I need to do is select CinderLib option during Engine setup? Then I can add Managed Block Domains in the admin interface?

No, the difference is that we setup the required repos (we also installed the dependencies, but we had to revert this for now).
