Hi Emiliano Please check you have enabled IPMI/DCMI on the ilo device in order to use the fence_type "ilo4" and that network access is in place (port 623, not sure if TCP is required or not.)
The ilo account needs various privileges on the device also, to start with give the user full administration access and then keep revoking roles and testing the account to clarify the baseline requirement.
