I would start over.Get your backup and restore the engine crom backup.If backup is unavailable, deploy a fresh engine and import the storafe domains, Templates and then the VMs. Once you have a working engine, update to latest 4.3 /I think it was 4.3.10 / Keep in mind that older versions do not work. Once you have a 4.3.10, backup and then rebuild a host with EL8.
