I think that with Red Hat Virtualization end of life and Red Hat offboarding, oVirt community should open nominations for a community manager and have elections. Then the community manager should schedule a stakeholder planning meeting inviting those that are still contributing code to oVirt project and the oVirt Board and try to setup a plan for future versions.
