Were you able to get this working?

To fix the problem:
1. Download the Engine CA Certificate (pki-resource)
2. Copy the Engine CA Certificate to /etc/pki/ca-trust/source/anchors
3. run #update-ca-trust extract
4. Restart your web browser and login to oVirt Manager
5. Check VM - Console settings
6. Launch Console - Open .vv file and you should be connected

If it errors check DNS make sure you can resolve to your ovirt-engine.
