For FontBox & JempBox, it would be the same version as PDFBox.

For the others ... the more recent the better, but I'm not aware of needing
any particular version.

Now, when you convert to .Net using IKVM, you need the exact DLL against
which the final product was compiled.  So we recommend getting our DLL's for
that -- or doing the entire .Net build yourself.
