Line break detection issue on pdfbox 1.6

Hi,

I haven't found any place where to report a possible PDFBox bug (if it's 
one), hence I'm going to describe the problem we currently face in this 
list.

We've recently updated from PDFBox 1.2.1 to PDFBox 1.6 and noticed a 
difference in the detection of the maximum font height of a character 
(TextPosition.getHeight()). On some PDFs the font size returned is 
approx. the double of the correct size. This confuses the line break 
algorithm, amongst others.

In case you require an example PDF, please let me know. I don't want to 
send binary content to the list.
