The only thing I could do it have a Skype or Teamviewer session, where one would see it over a shared screen. I have tried to modify the original PDFs causing my issues and make it NDA compliant, however I didn't succeed with Acrobat Pro, since the template PDFs have many layers and intricate complexities and I'm not really versed in this technology. I understand that offering help is extremely limited when you do not have the files to toy around yourself. Best regards Roberto
