You wrote that you have the same problem, but you didn't tell what problem.
As a normal user, you can take the pre-built jar files.
If you need to build yourself, get an IDE (e.g. Netbeans, Eclipse or
IntelliJ), and if it isn't built-in, get also maven and svn, and then
read this:
