What happened to "import org.apache.pdfbox.util.PDFImageWriter"? I can't find it in any of the jar files I have downloaded. I was trying test the solution from here <http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4523688/pdfbox-problem-with-converting-pdf-page-into-image>. I don't see it in the code anywhere.
