Should that work in standalone mode?
I edited apache-pulsar-2.4.1/conf/bookkeeper.conf and set
httpServerEnable=true. Underneath that it says it will listen on port
8000. But after restart, nothing is listening on that port.
I also tried adding to the end of conf/standalone.conf:

httpServerEnabled=true
# The http server port to listen on. Default value is 8080.
# Use `8000` as the port to keep it consistent with prometheus stats

httpServerPort=8000

But that didn't make it listen on 8000 either.
