The Apache Pulsar PMC recently extended committer karma to Huanli Meng and Hang Chen and both of them have accepted.
Huanli Meng has done a lot of contributions in technical writing and documentation development for Pulsar, and continues to help promote Pulsar in different channels via tech writing. Hang Chen has contributed a lot of great features such as precise flow control, threshold-based load shedder, topic-level policy support, etc, and continues to involve in the feature development in the Pulsar community and promote the project in various ways. It is great to have them onboard as Pulsar committers. We are looking forward to more contributions from them.
