Try to add a new QMF Console Connection in the settings page. It worked

That's what I did try. But I can't edit any of the fields on the screen
that presents. Its as if there is no edit permission.

Ok, that may have been stupidity on my part first time around. I can now
add a connection that way... however I can't yet get any stats or
entities to show up...

Sometimes it take some seconds... Just make sure that you have the new
connection selected and see the Broker tab, it should have the basic
information.

The problem seems to stem from using the qpid jars from trunk (or indeed it seems from 0.20 rc4). The 0.18 jars work (against either a 0.18 qpidd or a 0.20/trunk qpidd).

Fraser, this is indeed a *really* nice tool. Far better than anything else we have currently for qpidd! Really nice job!
