Hi Fraser,

sorry was on vacation last week and travelling back home over the
weekend.  Today has been the "catching up on seven days of work
e-mail" day :)

Will look tonight at how cmake looks on the various versions of Ubuntu
I have installed.  I've only ever been building off trunk rather than
the released versions though.
