I did, I am just on too many stuff in parallel. I learned how to use QMF 
qpid-tool and used queueMoveMessages. Next round I will try with QMF GUI just 
to learn new exiting things.

I agree but at least now I understand where to start. This kind of information 
is not clear for casual user and not mentioned on QMF documentation.

Right now I have basic Zabbix monitors using qpid-stat. In the case I will need 
more monitoring, I will investigate further. As Zabbix supports JMX, one option 
is to write some MBeans.

It's the other way around. By upfront providing limitations and warnings about 
possible AMQP 1.0 redesign I feel quite strongly and can make informed
