Is there any chance you could use a mail application (or setting for this one) that respects the message-id of messages you reply to and adds a correct "references" header?
Your messages keep on breaking up the threading of messages for me (and for many other people I'd wager). Ah, yes, now you point it out I can see that - In this case the version of Windows and Visual Studio is unlikely to make any difference, although of course it could in other circumatances. In any case my reply still holds. You may have to modify the send example (it is only an example after all, and not intended for use as a fully fledged application) As I also said another possibility is to stop having a client certificate, this will stop EXTERNAL from being an option at all.
