Hi Ken, When I tried to install this package by running 'pip install python-qpid-proton', the installation failed with following error: error: command 'C:\\Users\\guang.zhao\\AppData\\Local\\Programs\\Common\\Microsoft\\Visual C++ for Python\\9.0\\VC\\Bin\\cl.exe' failed with exit status 2
