- built source and ran tests (had to exclude SpnegoAuthenticatorTest and
InMemoryDatabaseTestBase due to errors believed to be environmental
also skipped MalformedMessage
publishMalformedMessageInTransactionExceedingMaxUncommittedLimit as
that was failing)
- ran qpid::messaging client against it for 0-10 and 1.0
- ran proton python examples against it
