Last reminder: we're planning to tag for 1.16.0 feature freeze in one week (1700 UTC April 26) Once this tag is pushed all subsequent commits to the main branch will be delivered as part of the 1.17.0 release.
This will be the start of the two week test phase for the 1.16.0 release. During this phase 1.16.0 changes will be limited to bug fixes only. Should a fix be required post-freeze for 1.16.0, its patch should land in the main branch first and pass CI before it can be included in the 1.16.0 release.
