Which Broker should new AMQP 1.0 development be using Qpid Broker-J 9.2.0 or Qpid C++ 1.39?

All:

               If starting new AMQP 1.0 development which broker should  I
be using the using? Qpid Broker-J9.2.0 (February 2024) or the Qpid C++
Broker 1.39 (2018).  Is the C++ broker still being supported it looks like
it was last updated in 2018, but the Broker-J looks like it is getting
regular updates?
