If you take a 3.2.2 or 3.3 SNAPSHOT, you can configure it by adding the 
configuration element below
<audit:fileAuditor container="#jbi" directory="file:data/audit"/>
You can now just put it directly in the container config, next to e.g. 
the <audit:jdbcAuditor/>
