Example of installing features from mvn repos for SMX4 Kernel?

I was looking at the users guide for for the SMX4 Kernel and was 
wondering if anyone could tell me how to use -
     features/addUrl
to add the Apache m2-snapshot repo, so I could try installing the web 
feature into the kernel?
