I created a Jira for the To header: SM-1661 However, I'm not sure how to set up a test case for the https issue. The external service is a .Net application that appears to be running IIS6. The only error I can see is the http reply, the only difference I can see in the generated soap requests is that the Content-Type header is set to [text/xml, text/xml]. However, even if I remove the headers, I still get the same error.
