I think I had similar problem some time ago and didn't find why but I had
workaround as following:
add
<classpath>
<location>.</location>
</classpath>
in xbean.xml
and do not use classpath prefix just : busCfg="cxf.xml"
And I know that this problem does not occur for each case. I don't know if
it's a version problem or something else.
Can you try this workaround?
