We are just routing csv flat text files into a java object, then into JMS or
RDB. Right now we are using mule, but are considering switching, but the
learning curve for serviceMix seems a little high, where as with mule, i can
just setup some simple endpoints in a config file and be done with it. No
compiling, nothing.

Just going through the online tutorials with serviceMix and maven is getting
painful... "maven is unable to resolve the following 2 dependencies... you
can download them manually and then add them to the local repository..."

I'm reading about the two products and serviceMix seems like the better
product, but these maven tutorials are a real turn off.

IMO, The tutorials should start off simplier, show how to do things without
maven and then get into the maven stuff later so you can see why using maven
is so much simplier/better.
